1.  Receptionist
Job Description
The overall purpose of this position is to operate an efficient and professional switchboard, deal with calls in a timely and professional manner, receiving visitors, customers and maintaining professional ethics with a high degree of customer care.

The desired candidate should have a certificate or Diploma in office administration or a related secretariat course. They should also have following skills and attributes;-

•    Excellent proficiency in use of Computer
•    Process thinker with excellent analytical skills.
•    Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
•    Highly presentable, hardworking and committed.
•    Maintaining strict confidentiality.
•    Pleasant attitude and friendliness.
•    Self driven and result oriented, able to meet targets
•    Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
•    Handling all incoming and outgoing calls
•    Marketing brochures and privilege cards
•    Receiving visitors/customers and maintaining professional ethics and high degree of customer care.
•    Performing general office tasks
•    Dealing with enquiries.
•    Receiving of incoming mails.
•    Maintain the office in an orderly, clean and attractive.
•    Any other added responsibilities that may be assigned by the management.

2.    Office Boy

Performing office duties as may be directed by the administration.
